We are on a mission to empower B2B product marketers, demand generators and sales development reps (SDR) to create messaging and content that their target audiences can’t ignore. Optimized for each channel and with efficiencies never seen before.

Our Vision

Our vision is to combine deep empathetic customer understanding, machine learning, master class copy writing, generative AI and experimentation to give marketing and sales teams new skills. Most importantly we want to put customers first in every sense of the word.

Our Story

The founders of Canyas wanted marketing and sales to be data driven in their customer understanding like market researchers, be able to write like the great copy like the masters of the past, optimized content for each channel and be fluent in interpreting data like statisticians.  But it is almost impossible to build such teams or have individuals that possess multiple skills in one person. This is how Canyas was born, a proxy for sales and marketing teams to new skills.

Muneer:

Co-Founder and CEO

With over 20 years of experience in product, AI, and marketing, Muneer is passionate about creating innovative solutions that deliver value to customers.

Muneer has honed his AI skills across diverse industries such as IT operations, outdoor/geo-location advertising, social media, and customer behavioral analysis. Previous roles included PKI Solutions (Fractional CMO), Xmata (CEO), Boohma (GM and CPO), HP (Director Mktg), BMC Software (Product Mgmt)

Muneer graduated from the University of Toronto, computer science (one of thetop 10 computer science programs in the world).

Moad:

Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist

Moad Tahiri’s first love is math. For Moad, math underpins everything. Get your math, and AI will follow. Moad combines his passion for math and academic rigor to distill the state of art in AI to create solutions that address customer needs. At Canyas, Moad is responsible for infusing all things data science and AI to transform how B2B marketing is done.

Josh:

Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation

Josh Sommer’s career path from writing for a daily newspaper, to starting and running a marketing agency for 20 years, to his current role as Head of Digital Growth Marketing and Content Best Practices at Canyas underscores a professional journey characterized by curiosity and willingness to embrace change. In addition, to his role in marketing, Josh is also responsible for leading the charge to train the Canyas AI in master class copy writing,
